HOW IT WORKS
Landshare utilizes a token staking model, creating the simplest and most accessible way to earn yields based on the value of real estate assets. The entire process can be broken into 3 brief steps mentioned below.
- Investors use the Landshare dApp to stake BUSD stablecoins in our Property Vault. There are no fees, and your investment can be withdrawn at any time. Stakers must hold Landshare Tokens to use the vault.
- The Property Vault returns the rental value and estimated appreciation of real estate assets to stakers in the form of a harvestable BUSD yield.
- Additional Property Vault rewards are paid out in Landshare Tokens, which can be staked to earn compounding yields from our LAND Token staking feature.
