To align with legal requirements they are implementing permissioned markets through the Serum DEX for our tokenized stock implementation. They have developed in this fashion to ensure we comply with global regulations around these offerings.
Their tokenized stock markets will be a synthetic implementation supporting fully decentralized trading, allowing users around the globe to trade popular stocks they would not otherwise have access to.
Tokenized Stocks Portal Technical Workflow
GooseFX’s current implementation is actively being developed. They will be supporting native SPL tokens as well as synthetics stock tokens.
- Users will launch the GooseFX app and navigate to the tokenized stocks page
- Users will complete the required KYC and gain access to the permissioned markets
- Users will connect their wallet and will be able to deposit GOFX tokens in order to mint synthetic stocks.
- Users can navigate to the swap tab and exchange between the different stocks or simply just earn staking rewards
In order to withdraw staked GOFX tokens, users can repay their debt created by minting synthetic assets to the specified C-Ratio (collateralization ratio)
