You can address me as Neil, I am the CEO of Operon Origins
To give you a background, I had been working as a solution architect for the past 10 years in top tier MNCs, handling technical solutions of projects around the globe.
However, My fascination with blockchain started in 2017 which turned me into a private investor and eventually into an entrepreneur. :)

How would you describe what Operon Origins is?
Neil <> Operon Origins Definitely, We get that question a lot as the majority of the community has not heard of Operons before..
Operons are basically DNA subsets of Human beings, Operon Origins is an Origin story Game for our genetically evolved characters.
Thus, Operon origins are the first NFT based combat card game where players will be able to earn gameplay tokens called zORO by playing the game and clearing stages.
The concept of an Operon Metaverse is purely original including all the artwork involved.

Can you tell us a little about the team behind the game, what are their experiences in this industry?
Neil <> Operon Origins: I am proud to say that our team has extensive experience in gaming / financial startups with 20+ members. Our joint experience involves setting up of more than 3 startups in the Gaming / Finance and Hospitality business
Furthermore, we have specially onboarded a AAA gaming studio “Juego” for game development. They are one of the best out there and their clientele includes the likes of Warner Brothers, Amazon, Disney, Fox etc

What need does Operon Origins fill? There are many games coming out at the moment, what separates Operon Origins from the rest?
Neil <> Operon Origins: Firstly, Operon origins caters to the need of gamers who like a visually fascinating game with a wide range of NFT characters to play from.
We are Gaming + DeFI based game essentially making us a GameFi.
What separates us from other games is our story mode, ex: clearing waves gives the players zORO points making it a P2E gaming. The damage the user deals with also depends on how close the attack is to the target and what are affinity dependencies. Currently, there is no game out there that has similar gameplay and with so many mathematical variations involved.
Lastly, we have a highly experienced team, incredibly well-connected backers, truly original concept and a set of amazing artists working with us. These qualities set us apart from the other games coming out at present in my opinion..
Saigon 💎 | OIG: I would agree with that, I think that what we’ve seen from Operon so far has been very unique and differentiated. So we are very excited to see how this gameplay will be!
What does the game look like in regards to gameplay structure? What different modes are available?
Neil <> Operon Origins: Initially, there will be a medium mode and an expert mode, the enemies in the expert mode would be stronger but the rewards would be higher as well in this case..
A player has to choose a set of 3 NFT cards to form a deck, these 3 cards will form a game deck that the user can use to battle the enemies in the waves. The rarer your NFT, the higher the game stats for that character. Hence, it is best to have a stronger deck to clear difficult stages.

Can you tell us a little about your stunning NFTs? How many of them are there? What are their utilities? Where can we get them?
Neil <> Operon Origins: There are 25 different characters in the pipeline with different rarity and affinity variations.
Each card will have attributes like attack, defence and Health. We are currently forming a plan to start an INO and decide the initial NFT flow so that the community can acquire these NFTs and trade them once our marketplace is up (development expedited).
Alternately, gameplay tokens zORO can be used to redeem NFT from our farming marketplace. However, gaining the required zORO tokens would take time as you need to stake ORO to gain zORO.
Saigon 💎 | OIG: Great system so far, this is very well developed. Let’s get into the token utility.
Can you explain what the ORO & zORO tokens are? Why would we want them? Where can we get them?
Neil <> Operon Origins:: Good question. Basically, we wanted to segregate our native token $ORO from our gameplay P2E token zORO to avoid possible selling pressure on $ORO due to gameplay rewards.
$ORO will be tradeable on DEX / CEX , whereas zORO can be acquired by clearing stages or by staking $ORO tokens.

You have made some incredible partnerships, can you tell us a little about what value they have brought to your project and how they will support you in the future? Is there any more exciting ones to come?
Neil <> Operon Origins:: To keep it short, we are currently partnered with Gamerse , Polygod , Fidira and cryptopolis.
Each of them brings something new to the table, example: There is an Operon NFT avatar giveaway in progress with Gamerse.
There is a gleam contest ongoing with Cryptopolis
Fidira will be introducing in our NFTs as part of gift cards in their retail stores.
Polygod will be introducing one of their characters as an NFT in our gaming Metaverse.
Similarly, we are talking to other top tier games to grow our NFT card Metaverse and you should hear some exciting partnerships soon.
Saigon 💎 | OIG: Yes! We’ve actually had GAMERSE on here not too long ago. These are quality partnerships mate!
What else do you have planned in your roadmap?
Neil <> Operon Origins: In terms of milestones, we are about to close our private round and are proud to have onboarded some top tier investors for boosting our reach.
The next step on the roadmap is the IDO planned for 2nd December on Gamezone and BSCPAD.
We are working round the clock to make our launch a very successful one..
In terms of development, our prototype demo is ready and our closed Alpha / Beta is scheduled to launch in Q1 2022. Staking and marketplace would be introduced prior to Alpha so that investors can acquire their favourite NFT characters.
In short we are going ahead full steam with our development and launch planned on 2nd December.

NFT cards can be acquired by either buying them in the marketplace with ORO / BNB..
Or redeeming your gameplay tokens (zORO) acquired by staking ORO and playing game.

Neil <> Operon Origins: Yes, I have been personally into gaming for the last 16 years and have played innumerable games ranging from RPG, Fantasy , PVP , Arcades etc. The inspiration is a blend of all these gaming experiences. Be sure to go through our litepaper to check our characters and their backstories..
We wanted a truly unique metaverse concept, something like X-men Origins or Marvel Metaverse.. We feel Operon Origins is the first step towards achieving that
