I am the Founder of Everlens, I have been in crypto for the last 4 years, I am passionate about NFT and art in general :)

Let’s get started! @victoreverlens Could you introduce Everlens to our community, summarise what it is and it’s vision?
Victor: Everlens is the first NFT marketplace dedicated to social networks, we allow influencers and content creators to sell their content as NFT. We really see ourselves as a bridge between the crypto ecosystem and social networks, starting with Instagram!

@juleseverlens What inspired the concept? Why do you think this technology is needed and how will it be used?
Jules Puente Castan: Well it came from the simple fact that nowadays, influencers struggle to monetize their content. Everlens challenges the gap in the digital market and transforms content distribution management and monetisation. Influencers can interact directly with their community, control how they distribute content. They obtain a unique relationship with their community.
Saigon 💎 | OIG: That is a great concept, and we are seeing such amazingly unique original content from creators these days. It makes a lot of sense to incentivize that type of creativity.
@victoreverlens How easy is the process to connect your Instagram account? Do you need to have a lot of technical knowledge?
Victor: We currently have a working beta, and it is quite easy to try it, you go on the marketplace connect your metamask, connect your Instagram account and in less than 20 seconds you can sell any of your Instagram pictures.
The V1 we will release in December will be even better and easier to use. At some point, we want to implement credit cards as well so even people that don’t have a metamask can buy NFTs

@victoreverlens Can you tell us a little more about your marketplace for NFTs? Are there any unique features?
Victor: So the cool thing is that we use Instagram API to directly access your Instagram library. Everlens is linked to your Instagram account so you know that when you buy an NFT you buy it from the right person as the name displayed on Everlens is the same than Instagram
We also give you the possibility to sell your content and be featured at the top of the marketplace, above anyone else. This is interesting for small content creators who wants to gain some traction and visibility.
Other than that you can create your collection share it with your friends
Saigon 💎 | OIG: Love the idea of connecting anyone to a marketplace where they can actually benefit!
@juleseverlens For this to really take off you will need some excellent connections to influencers, have you already got many onboard? What is your strategy for getting them into Everlens?
Jules Puente Castan: Definitely! You know how it goes in crypto :) We have a 2 step marketing strategy here. The first step is to ensure a proper launch at IDO. For this, we partnered with many different crypto influencers that will help us push the project. We will announce these partnerships next week so stay tuned for these announcements!
Jules Puente Castan: The second step is when the V1 will be out, for this, we have already partnered with marketing agencies that have books of Instagram influencers that will help us promote Everlens and the marketplace itself by minting NFTs of their own. Everything will be disclosed in due time :)

@victoreverlens What are the advantages of holding the token your native token, $ELEN? How important is this token in your ecosystem?
Victor: $ELEN will give you multiple advantages.
First of all, holding the token will give up to 75% reduced fees on the marketplace.
Holding the token will also give you passive rewards.
But the most important thing is that ELEN will be the main currency on our Marketplace, so people will have to buy ELEN to be able to buy NFTs
You will also be able to do staking with some interesting APY, this will be announced prior to IDO

@victoreverlens We read about the safety net program Kraken mechanism, this is an awesome feature, please outline this for us!
Victor: The Kraken mechanism is an innovative buyback mechanism.
The idea is to allocate part of the transaction fees to this Kraken mechanism.
The kraken will buy every dip and burn the tokens.
This can reduce price volatility.
Saigon 💎 | OIG: Very cool! A price volatility mechanism built into the protocol.
@juleseverlens Can you discuss your plans for the public sale? Are you able to confirm what launchpads you are currently working with? And could you tell us about your upcoming roadmap and important milestones as well?
Jules Puente Castan: We’re planning to launch on Cardstarter, which is I believe the number one launchpad on Cardano on November 22. Registration opens on November 15 (in a week!). We’re really excited about it.
So obviously first milestone coming up is the IDO on November 22, then we will have the launch of the V1. For 2022, we plan to integrate other social networks to everlens, add new features to the platform and we want to get listed on a centralised exchange! These I would say, are the big milestones for Everlens.

Jules Puente Castan:Everlens is a perfect solution for content creators who want to engage their community to a whole new level, monetize content and focus on the quality of their content instead of ads, and control the way they distribute their work. Everlens is also a tool for buyers to support their favourite content creators and own one of their works, sponsor the work of an artist, and donate to charities or good affiliate causes.
Victor: Good question, Everlens provide a decentralized tool to help artists monetize their content. If you’re a famous photographer posting all your work on Instagram then Everlens is perfect for you.
You can directly sell your content to your community and give them the chance to become the owner of your work.
Saigon 💎 | OIG: Amazing!! I actually see so many great photographers and videographers on Instagram and often they make very little from their work (relative to other social platforms such as TikTok) so it is great to see a medium through which they can benefit now!
Twitter Question 2)
Victor: We charge 2% when someone buys or sell an NFT.
What are we doing with these 2%?
We allocate part of it to the Kraken mechanism, part of it to marketing development, and distribute some of it to token holders :)
We are thinking about implementing royalties but haven’t done it yet.

Victor: Good question, I already partially answered it earlier.
We are trying to simplify and democratize NFT as much as we can. Our goal is to be able to buy an NFT without a metamask just using a credit card :)
This is also why we are planning on going crosschain, in order to be accessible to as many communities as we can.
